MY ORDERS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with its details. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
You can also track your order by visiting www.godrejinterio.com and clicking on the 'Track Order' link located in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, you can either log in or type in your 'Order Number' to get tracking.
Sorry, we do not allow rescheduling of orders through our website. You can contact our helpline for further assistance.

BEFORE I BUY?
No! There are no delivery or installation charges as long as you are in one of our serviceable cities/pincodes. Delivery, installation, and clean up after the delivery process is on us. Go ahead and order fearlessly!

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.
The warranty that we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer to the 'Specifications' tab in the Product Details section for warranty related information.
You can check if an item you are purchasing will need assembly service by going to the 'Product Details' page. The required information is supplied under 'Specifications' in the Product Details section
Yes! We have 52 company owned stores and over 800 retail outlets across India, where you can come by and take a look at our products. To find your nearest store, you can go to the Store Locator page, enter your pin code or city to find the nearest store in your vicinity.
Most stores are open all seven days of the week (except public holidays) Please check our store locator page to find the nearest stores and their timimgs.
We deliver to more than 430 cities across India. Please click here to check if we deliver in your city.
Please enter your pincode in the 'Estimated Delivery Date' for section available on the 'Product Details' page to know the delivery date.
Your coupon may not be working because of any of the following reasons:
1. The validity of the coupon may have expired.
2. The coupon may have already been used.
3. The coupon may not be applicable on certain items
4. The coupon will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable.
5. The coupon may be linked to a different user account. Login to the correct user account for availing it.
Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. You can, however, add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and avail discounts.
At this moment, we do not customize furniture. All our products are curated and standardized. However, we do plan to make the option of customization available in the future. When it does happen, you will be the first to know about it.
PAYMENTS
Godrej Interio offers a wide range of payment options to accommodate every need and offer maximum flexibility. The following payment options are currently available on Godrej Interio:
1. Internet Banking - We have partnered with 54 leading banks in India.
2. Visa, Master, American Express, and Diners Credit Cards.
3. Debit Cards issued by all leading banks in India.
4. Easy EMI Options by Citi, HDFC, Axis, HSBC, Kotak, Standard Chartered, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, RBL, State Bank of India, and Induslnd credit card holders.
5. Online Wallets such as Mobikwik, Paytm, Payzapp, etc.
We do not collect or store your card or account details. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the payment gateway and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us.
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons:
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is inaccurate, i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
2. Your Internet connection is disrupted in the process
3. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within seven working days.

No, at this point in time, we do not offer 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Card on Delivery' as payment options.
MY ACCOUNT
Click on the 'Register' link on the top right-hand side of every page on Godrej Interio. This will open a window where you need to: fill in your basic details, choose a password for your account, and click on the 'Sign Up' button to complete your registration!
When you register with us, we provide you regular updates regarding new product launches, new design arrivals, offers, and discounts.
To change your password, log in, and choose the 'My Profile' options under your Account name. Here you can change your password by entering your current password and the new password.
Click on 'Login' link on the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a window where you will see a 'Forgot Password?' link. Provide your registered email address or mobile number, and we will send you instructions for getting a new password.
If you no longer wish to receive our communication, we'll be sad to see you go. But you can easily unsubscribe:
1. Open an email (Newsletter/Promotional offers)
2. You'll find an 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom. Click it
3. That's it! You will not receive any newsletter thereafter.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

In case you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 12 hours of the order confirmation.
Refund amount for the orders paid online will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
The installation of the product(s) is completed within two working days after the delivery. Our teams try their best to always stick to the installation timelines and delays, if any, are only due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
You will be notified via SMS once the Godrej Interio technician visit is confirmed.
